austrian building regulation compliance was tracked by hand. spreadsheets nobody versions, documents nobody can diff. baubu solves this.
i am the sole technical owner. product decisions, architecture, data modelling, interface, deployment, monitoring.
the platform’s data sat in clickhouse, oracle, delta tables on azure, iceberg and ducklake.
i wrote two services from the ground up and maintained them. an extraction service on argo workflows underneath, and a rest api gateway over every one of those stores on top.
hundreds of jobs a day, including online refreshes of multi-billion-row tables.
